Julian provides guitar tuition services in Mayfield, Newcastle for beginner, intermediate and advanced players of all ages. Specialising in contemporary genres such as rock/metal, blues, jazz, folk, country, etc and a keen focus on music theory.

30 or 60min Lessons Available
Feel like 30 minutes isn't enough, go for a 60-minute lesson! Lessons can booked in chunks, school terms, or week to week.
Flexible Payments
Payments can be made up-front or week-to-week. Cash and bank deposit accepted.

The Space
Teaching Space
Here are some photos of my teaching space. I use the TV as the main teaching tool to provide a large and legible sheet music experience, with a sound system that can easily compete with the stack guitar amps to provide an engaging and easily audible experience for the student. The couch is a great place for if parents want to sit in and I place 2 stools in front of the couch for a more playable and comfortable experience as a guitar player.
